Our list of titles is ever-growing, with monthly fresh content covering every genre of mental health and wellbeing Lived Experience. Everything begins with Lived Experience, not just because the science shows this, but because it shapes a shared human reality that’s relatable and easy to understand. – Lived Experience allows the individual to be far more open, vulnerable and receptive. We then empower the individual further, by helpfully routing them to our self help books, curated content and/or signposting to assist with successful early mental health intervention and beyond – All our authors are exclusively signed with TriggerHub and their lived experience and wisdom is produced and published in-house from our London, UK publishing office.

The science and independent research is resounding in its suggestion that Lived Experience is a defining and key component of eliminating Stigma, reducing Procrastination and substantially increasing Hope.

Lived Experience encourages self help and/or significantly higher levels of engagement from an individual in being more receptive to Early Intervention and Signposting. TriggerHub’s Lead scientific advisor is highly acclaimed, Dr Kristin Kosyluk.
