Francesca Giacomozzi was on the verge of a crisis, exhausted from waking up day after day without a sense of purpose. Determined to get her life back on track, she decided to take on a challenge to engage her mind and body: a two-week walk along the South West Coastal Path. She invested in a kit and prepared fully – or so she thought – for the solo trek. Little did she know that her journey would leave her with a completely different outcome to the one she expected.
